This is a great help in mincing garlic, onions, ginger and other herbs. Reduce the time on chopping and mincing. It’s a must have for people who cooks. I have not tried it on meat, but it works really well in mincing small stuff like garlic. Within few seconds you will get a nicely minced garlic. But don’t expect it to be as powerful as a conventional food processor. And rubber at the base keep falling off, but it’s easy to reattach it, so be gentle when you are scrubbing the base, as I feel the rubber may become loose if it’s being stretched over time. I did not have to communicate with the seller as it’s shipped and arrived within estimated time.
